Cricket season's coming.
A couple of things from Spirit of Compassion
that might be helpful for many people.
Have you ever heard crickets?
Do you know that sound?
Have you ever seen a cricket?
Have you ever seen a cricket hop,
skip, and jump?
crickets are really powerful
for the central nervous system
if you ever hear crickets at night
or crack your window and hear crickets at night
especially during cricket season which is coming on
different parts of the world
it's at different times
United States cricket season is coming on now
Do you even like cricket sounds?
I'll give you a couple of good reasons why cricket sounds are so important and how profound they are.
When you hear a cricket sing, it enters your ears.
And from there, it goes right in through the cranial nerve into the brainstem.
That sound, that vibration, and that frequency is a healing one.
When it enters the brainstem, it then shoots up into the brain and starts to fill neurons.
That cricket singing that you're hearing or multiple cricket singing that you're hearing is entering neurons through your brainstem.
and through your ears.
When the neurons get saturated with the frequency of the cricket singing,
neurotransmitter chemical production increases.
And so many people out there are burnt out.
The neurotransmitter chemicals are fried and burnt
from stress,
difficult situations,
emotional challenges,
spiritual challenges, physical challenges, hardships, losses, or just everyday hustle and bustle.
What happens is we eat up our neurotransmitter chemicals.
We eat them up quickly and we need those chemicals.
Those neurotransmitter chemicals help us stay stabilized, strong, calm, happy, peaceful, balanced.
Neurotransmitter chemicals mean a lot.
And the production of neurotransmitter chemicals increases greatly when you hear crickets.
So if you get a chance and you're able to hear one sing and chirp,
just know what it's doing for you.
Spirit of Compassion has always told me this since I was a child
how powerful those cricket sounds are.
So when you get a chance, listen to them.
But when you listen to them,
think about how the sound of the crickets that are singing and chirping,
think about how they're entering in through your ears.
Not the cricket itself,
but the sound from the cricket.
is entering in through the years.
It's then traveling that cranial nerve to the brainstem.
From there, shoots up to all the neurons in your brain.
And when it gets there,
it raises the frequency and vibration of those neurons,
allowing electrical impulses to do their thing in fire,
reducing brain heat, calming neurons.
and then the production of neurotransmitter chemicals or neurotransmitter chemicals that
are already there through foods that you're eating celery juice that you're drinking
they stabilize and they stay there stronger and longer and they last
listening to crickets helps restore the central nervous system through this avenue
I want to let everybody know just in case you're a cricket fan.
And if you're not a cricket fan, that's okay.
Maybe this information will help you and help you heal.
Lots of love, many blessings.
Proud of you guys.
Bye now.
